What's actually included with every vehicle?+
Every Zen vehicle comes with a 280-point inspection report, full VIN history, and a condition report before you pay. PHEV and EV models also include a battery health certificate.
What's the difference between cash and lease-to-own?+
Cash: 20% non-refundable deposit, then balance within 5 days of the vehicle arriving in Accra. Lease-to-own: 20% down, then daily / weekly / monthly payments over 6 to 48 months. Ownership transfers on the final payment — no balloon, no buyout trick.
Can I change my billing cycle later?+
Yes. Pick daily, weekly, or monthly at signing — and change it anytime with 30 days' notice to match how your income lands.
What's the Zen Care Package?+
A $1,500 (GHS 18,000) add-on — open to any buyer or lessee — that extends both warranty and scheduled maintenance by a year, to 15,000 km. Must be added at order time — it can't be bolted on after delivery. Every car comes with a 3-month / 10,000 km warranty; lease customers also get 6 months of scheduled maintenance (oil, oil filter, air filter) at no extra cost.
What happens if I miss a lease payment?+
3-day grace period, then 2% per week on the overdue balance. Talk to us early if something's going wrong — we'd much rather work with you than enforce repossession (which becomes a right at 60+ days overdue).
Can I pay off my lease early?+
Yes. You can make extra payments or clear the full balance at any time with no penalty.
Where do the vehicles come from?+
Our Geely lineup ships from Hangzhou. Make-to-order requests (premium sedans, SUVs, specialty vehicles) are sourced from verified suppliers in Japan, China, USA, or Germany depending on the model.
How long does delivery actually take?+
6 to 10 weeks from contract signing to final handover. This includes sourcing, inspection, shipping to Tema, customs, and DVLA registration.

Pricing & Payment

What are the payment options?+
Cash buyout or lease-to-own. Cash is 20% non-refundable deposit with the balance due within 5 days of arrival. Lease-to-own is 20% down with daily, weekly, or monthly installments across 6-48 months. Bank transfer is the only method we currently accept; MoMo support is rolling out soon.
What's the exchange rate?+
Fixed at 1 USD = 12 GHS for the duration of your contract. You see both prices everywhere on the site — what you sign is what you pay.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Cash and lease prices include duty, shipping, DVLA registration, inspection, and handover. You add nothing on top unless you opt into the Zen Care package (Zen Care: $1,500 / GHS 18,000 — warranty + maintenance extension).
Can I pay off early?+
Yes. Lease contracts have no early-payoff penalty — you can settle the remaining balance anytime and take full ownership.
What happens if I miss a payment?+
Lease contracts have a 3-day grace period. After that, a 2%/week late fee applies on the overdue amount. After 60+ days, Zen reserves the right to repossess the vehicle.

Our Lineup

Why only four models?+
We standardized around four Geely vehicles (Binyue, Binyue PHEV, Jihe EV, Emgrand PHEV) so we can guarantee parts availability, servicing, and pricing transparency. If you want something outside this lineup, see Make to Order.
What does '280-point inspection' actually check?+
A structured checklist covering the engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, braking, body integrity, interior condition, and for EV/PHEV the battery state of health. We document every finding before a vehicle is cleared for sale.
What is Zen Grade A / B / C?+
A = excellent, minimal wear, full service history. B = good, normal wear for age, well-maintained. C = fair, cosmetic wear but mechanically sound. The grade is independent of price and helps you match expectations to condition.
Can I pick a specific color?+
Yes — each model's detail page shows current inventory by color. If your preferred color isn't currently available, you can reserve the next incoming unit or specify it in a Make to Order request.

Delivery & Logistics

How long until delivery?+
Units currently in Ghana: within days of contract signing. Units in the sourcing pipeline: typically 6-8 weeks from order to doorstep — covering shipping from China, Tema Port customs clearance, and DVLA registration.
Where do you deliver?+
Greater Accra at no extra cost. Other regions within Ghana incur a delivery fee quoted at the time of order. We don't currently cross borders.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. You'll see every logistics milestone (sourcing, inspection, shipping, customs, DVLA, GPS installation, delivery) in your customer dashboard, or use the public Track page with your order number.
What if my vehicle is damaged or not as described on arrival?+
Every vehicle comes with a condition report generated at origin. On arrival we inspect again — if any discrepancy is found, we fix it at our cost before handover. If the issue is material and not repairable, we refund or replace the vehicle.

Warranty & Servicing

What does the warranty cover?+
Every car: 3 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Covers engine internals, transmission, starter, alternator, water pump, CV joints. Extend warranty + maintenance by a year, to 15,000 km, with the Zen Care package for $1,500 (GHS 18,000) at order time — open to any buyer or lessee.
What's not covered?+
EV/PHEV battery degradation, body/paint/glass/trim, electrical accessories (radio, A/C, windows), tyres, wipers, brake pads, and general wear items. Full exclusion list is in your contract.
Where do I service my car?+
At a Zen-authorized facility in Accra. Using unauthorized third parties for warranty-covered components voids the warranty.
Do you provide scheduled maintenance?+
Yes — 6 months of free scheduled maintenance (oil change, oil filter, air filter) included with every lease. Any buyer or lessee can add a year of warranty + maintenance with Zen Care ($1,500 / GHS 18,000).
